Mang Wear Clothing Co. — Return & Refund Policy
Every Mang Wear item is printed to order for you. That shapes what we can and cannot take back.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@mangwear.com. Please include your order number and a photo showing the problem. We will arrange a reprint or a refund — you will not need to ship the item back for these claims.
What we cannot accept. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size or color — please check the size chart on the product page before ordering
- Changing your mind or not liking the design in person
- Minor differences between on-screen colors and the printed item
How to start a claim. Email info@mangwear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and, for damage or defects, a photo. We will reply with instructions and next steps.
Refunds. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are refunded when the claim is for damage, defect, or our error. Reprints are produced and shipped once the claim is approved.
