Welcome to mangwear.com, operated by Mang Wear Clothing Co. (“Mang Wear,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
Our products. Mang Wear sells original graphic apparel and related items. Our products are made to order: when you place an order, the item is printed by one of our production partners through Printify and shipped directly to you. Because each item is produced for your order, production begins shortly after purchase and orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started.
Product information. We work to display designs, colors, and sizes accurately. Screen settings vary, so the printed item’s colors may differ slightly from what you see on your device. Size charts are provided on product pages; please check them before ordering, because made-to-order items cannot be returned for size or color preference (see our Return & Refund Policy).
Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through WooPayments, and PayPal. Payment is captured at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund.
Shipping. Production and shipping times are estimates shown on our Shipping Policy page and at checkout. Orders of 2 or more items ship free within the United States. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.
Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, logos, and text on this site belong to Mang Wear Clothing Co. or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse this site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mang Wear’s liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item involved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
